Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to drive guest service, sales and store operations.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates and provide leadership. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, assisting with merchandise, executing POS procedures, maintaining visual standards, and supporting loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs
• Anticipate Guest needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobe experience
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to the Team
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and return policies
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour and contribute to overall sales targets
• Provide legendary service across Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and the register area
• Lead by example with showmanship and attentive customer service
• Recruit and develop Teammates to meet Buckle’s standards in accountability and performance
