V/O Med Spa - Tejvi Holdings in Winston-Salem is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager (ASM) in training to support the Spa Manager and lead a small team in a fast-paced aesthetics studio.

You will drive membership and retail sales, coach a team of Spa Associates and Providers, and ensure top-tier client care while maintaining health and safety standards. This role offers growth and hands-on leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a commission-driven sales or spa environment with leadership experience preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding goals and supporting team performance.
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve membership and retail sales goals
• Lead by example and create a welcoming environment for clients
• Coach, train, and mentor Spa Associates and Providers
• Manage workflow, hold weekly goal meetings, and track team performance
• Maintain quality service and enforce spa standards
• Handle incoming calls and client inquiries promptly
• Coordinate marketing efforts with Spa Manager
• Maintain a clean and organized spa
• Perform other duties as assigned
