Job summary

True North is seeking a Shift Manager to support fast, friendly, and clean shopping environments by delivering quality guest service and maintaining an organized store. This role assists with daily operations including merchandising, pricing, loss prevention, inventory, and fuel transactions, while addressing guest concerns and upholding True North service standards.

In the absence of the Assistant Manager, the Shift Manager assumes those responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service or cashier experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS, store, and car wash equipment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for selling alcohol (18 in Ohio).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle for banking purposes.

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• Process customer transactions using POS.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Perform food service tasks following safety standards.
