Children of America is seeking an Assistant School Director to lead and grow a dedicated team of early childhood educators. You will work closely with the School Director and regional leadership to influence school performance, support families, and gain hands-on operations experience.

This leadership role offers a pathway toward a School Director position, with opportunities for professional development and internal advancement within COA.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of educators.
• Partner with the School Director on day-to-day school operations.
• Drive enrollment, team performance, and school success.
• Build meaningful relationships with families, teachers, and leadership.
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and staff development.
• Ensure the school delivers a high‑quality educational experience.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements.
