Children of America is seeking an Assistant School Director to step into a true leadership role, guiding a team of early childhood educators and collaborating with the School Director and regional leaders to drive school performance.

This position offers a base salary of $50,000–$60,000 with variable pay incentives, a clear path toward becoming a School Director, and a 100% employee childcare discount.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years in a licensed childcare/early childhood setting.
• State-required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

Responsibilities

You’ll work closely with the School Director and COA's regional leadership team while developing the skills and experience needed to take your career to the next level.

Compensation & Incentives

$50,000-$60,000 base salary + variable pay incentives

What Makes a Great COA Assistant School Director?

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has 2-4 years of leadership experience
• Has at least 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare/early childhood setting
• Has an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, as required by the state
• Is confident leading, coaching, and motivating a team
