Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or sales operations

• Strong data entry, reporting, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• include managing incoming customer calls and emails, processing quotes and orders, maintaining HubSpot CRM data, supporting sales reporting, coordinating shipping and invoicing activities, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
• This position also supports marketing initiatives, trade events, distributor communications, and inventory coordination related to backorders and delivery schedules.
