Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring for a Sales Leadership Development Program (LDP) in Detroit, Michigan. This 10-12 month program prepares participants for a Sales Representative role through structured training and mentorship in sales and customer service.

Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience in a specific business group, travel regularly, and must be willing to relocate as necessary. Strong customer relationship skills and a bachelor’s degree are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in Sherwin-Williams' products and sales strategies.
• Support sales initiatives within the assigned division.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through selling.
