The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in driving sales, merchandising, and guest service. This role collaborates with leadership to recruit and develop teammates and to provide strong leadership on the floor.

You will help manage merchandising, guest experiences, and daily operations while modeling Buckle’s showmanship and service standards for the team.

Qualifications
