Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an emerging leader to guide in-store Quick Serve Restaurant operations in a fast-paced retail environment in New Braunfels, Texas.

You will lead daily food service activities, coach a high-performing team, manage inventory and vendor relationships, and ensure health standards and safety compliance to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of food service leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of food service leadership experience.
• Locally required safe food handling certification.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to use P&L statements to drive improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage customers and vendors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fresh food service operations while ensuring health standards and safety.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through food programs and merchandising.
• Own inventory management and vendor relationships for top-selling items.
• Develop a top-performing team through coaching and recognition.
