Job summary

Aerotek, a leading staffing company in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Recruiter to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview, and collaborate with Account Managers to target key accounts and markets.

You will build industry relationships to generate referrals, perform customer service tasks, and contribute to a high-energy team culture. Base salary starts at $45,000 with weekly commission; after one year, base rises to $55,000 with ongoing incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; customer/sales experience.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview candidates.
• Partner with Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.
