Aerotek is hiring a Recruiter to identify qualified candidates and interview them, partnering with Account Managers to target key markets. The role offers a base salary with commission potential and growth as you progress beyond year one.

Initial compensation includes a $45,000 base with annual raises and ongoing commission incentives, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Strong communication and team collaboration are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and referrals.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.
