Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, management or related field with a minimum of 4 years' experience in project coordination and project controls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam Revu.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Willingness to meet fast-paced project schedules.
• Experience in utility or merchant power industry a plus.
• Subject to client-mandated drug and background checking.
• Occasional travel/driving is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with project setup, contracts, task orders, purchase orders, and project documentation.
• Support invoice preparation, monitor budgets and expenditures, and report variances.
• Identify scope changes and draft change requests for review.
• Prepare and maintain biweekly, monthly, and quarterly project reports and forecasts.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, action items and communications among stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project scopes, estimates, budgets, proposals, and resource plans.
