Electrical Consultants, Inc. (ECI) has an immediate opening for a Substation Project Manager in Woods Cross, UT. The role involves the conceptual, preliminary and final detailed design of new and upgraded substations, including material procurement, construction and commissioning support through energization.

The ideal candidate holds an ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering degree (B.S. or M.S.), 10+ years of project engineering experience, 2+ years of substation PM experience, excellent

Competenze

• ABET-accredited degree in Electrical Engineering or Master’s in Electrical Engineering.
• PE license in at least one US state is required; PMP is preferred.
• 10+ years of project engineering experience; 2+ years of substation project management experience.

Mansioni

• Lead conceptual, preliminary and final detailed design of new, upgraded and expanded substations; procure materials, support construction and commissioning through energization.
• Scoping, budgeting, scheduling, planning, executing, monitoring and reporting substation projects and proposals.
• Coordinate with discipline groups (Distribution/Transmission Studies, Grounding, Protection, Civil, SCADA, Transmission Engineering, Environmental Planning, Surveying, ROW) to ensure project success.
• Provide technical mentorship and training to project team design staff.
• Act as primary client interface and oversee multiple technical disciplines.
