Electrical Consultants, Inc. (ECI) seeks an entry-level Assistant Project Manager in Madison, WI. The role supports program managers and subject matter experts, handling project tasks, documentation, and communication between office and field staff.

• 2 years’ experience in technical writing, document management, and administrative work is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers and lead engineers in packaging deliverables and reports.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks from inception to completion.
• Support daily administrative tasks: organize, file, and maintain project documents.
• Enter information into and manage digital project databases; track status updates.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with project specifications and budgets including FTE forecasts.
