Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School is hiring an Associate Project Manager for the Enterprise Project Management Office in Austin, TX. Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations.
• Relevant education or experience may be substituted as appropriate.
• Preferred: healthcare, academic, or enterprise setting; experience with PM tools; familiarity with healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Defines scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics for assigned projects.
• Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, and resource assignments.
• Tracks progress, flags risks and issues early, and adjusts plans as needed to meet deadlines.
• Facilitates project meetings and communicates status updates to sponsors and team members.
• Maintains documentation and supports cross-functional initiatives.
