Performance Contracting Group is seeking a motivated, entry-level Associate Project Engineer for its PCI New England 586 operations based in Holliston, MA. This role serves as a launchpad for future leaders, offering hands-on experience in project management and estimating for growth within an employee-owned organization.

The position involves conducting safety meetings, assisting with schedules, takeoffs, RFIs/Submittals, and coordinating with purchasing and invoicing; a bachelor’s degree in

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CM/CE/CS or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Team-oriented with initiative and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct safety meetings.
• Create and manage punch lists.
• Support PCI QA/QC program.
• Prepare RFIs and submittals.
• Labor control on projects, setup and maintenance.
• Takeoffs for material ordering.
• Assist with project schedule implementation.
• Coordinate warranties and O&M.
• Coordinate purchasing, invoicing, and material coordination.
