Job summary

Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training who will learn and execute the full PT Director role while continuing to personally service PT clients. You will support the department at the assigned club, develop trainers, drive revenue and enrollment, and deliver an exceptional member experience.

This role prepares you for the full Director position. Responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring Trainers, leading meetings, coaching on program design

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Personal Training or coaching services.
• Proven ability to build and retain a personal client base.
• Interest in advancing into a Personal Training Director role.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full PT Director role under supervision.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Trainers at the location.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1 coaching to drive individual and department goals.
• Coach Trainers on session design, client communication, and service standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance across systems.
