Job summary

DuraServ is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager who leads service coordinators, manages daily execution, and is ready to grow into full branch ownership. You will work with the Operations Manager to supervise the team, oversee warehouse and inventory protocols, and reinforce standards that define branch performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, field service, or related operational environment.
• Ability to supervise or coordinate people with demonstrated accountability and coaching.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
• Valid driver's license for field and warehouse presence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementing, and executing daily schedules and project plans to meet commitments on time and within budget.
• Review workload daily and manage manpower, adjusting to changing priorities while maintaining momentum.
• Oversee warehouse operations including equipment staging, stock parts, and inventory management with the Assistant Operations Manager – Field.
• Provide direct supervision to Service Coordinators and manage subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance.
