You will translate strategy into measurable results with regional stakeholders, lead launch planning, demand programs, and distributor partnerships, traveling internationally up to 25–40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-10+ years in Product Management, Market Development, or Commercial Strategy.
• Experience in Emerging Markets and distributor-led models.
• Medical device, dental, or imaging experience preferred.
• Strong financial and analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Defining and executing regional market development strategies and identifying high-potential markets.
• Developing and localizing go-to-market approaches (segmentation, pricing, channels, training).
• Driving demand generation through KOL engagement, clinical education, and digital campaigns.
• Strengthening distributor performance and expanding channel partnerships.
• Leading forecasting, performance tracking, and KPI-driven actions.
• Contributing to product roadmap decisions and regional launch planning.
• Enhancing installed base utilization through services, software, and ecosystem adoption.
• Collaborating with Regulatory Affairs to ensure timely product registrations in priority markets.
