You will analyze the daily plan, adjust operations, oversee production and built-in-quality initiatives, and apply judgment within SPQRCE. This position emphasizes safety, people, quality, responsiveness, cost, and environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime.
• Must pass drug testing and a background check.
• Proficiency to listen, read, follow safety instructions.
• Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict management.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and respond promptly to the manufacturing daily plan, making necessary adjustments to operations as required.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Oversee production, inspection, and GM Built-in-Quality initiatives.
• Apply independent judgment within Global Manufacturing Systems, emphasizing Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE).
• Drive accountability through people and processes which may require difficult conversations.
