Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Strong negotiator with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform various tasks in support of the KTN-organization.
• Manage a team, plan and organize the team effectively.
• Solve practical problems, interpret instructions and handle multiple variables.
• Complete administration paperwork including payroll and planning.
• Monitor KPI’s and prepare departmental reports.”
• Analyze performance and implement improvements.
• Identify training needs and coordinate implementation.
• Motivate the team and encourage ideas for improvements.
• Conduct audits to ensure quality and safety of the team.
• Participate in management meetings and reviews.
• Provide quality customer service in a professional, courteous manner.
