United States Cold Storage Inc. offers a Spring 2027 Rotational Leadership Development Program in New Jersey. The program spans two years, with one year in warehouse and logistics operations and one year in logistics analytics and systems at the corporate HQ.

Participants will gain hands-on experience in warehouse roles, inventory, shipping/receiving, dispatching, rate analysis, KPI reporting, and Tableau dashboard development to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Business Analytics.
• Entry Level, Co-Op/ Internship in Supply Chain preferred.
• Good arithmetic, reading, and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotational program with 1 year training in Warehouse and Logistics operations at a warehouse location.
• 1 year training in Logistics Analytics and Systems at our corporate headquarters.
• Interaction with customers regarding orders, delivery appointments and service.
• Assist with carrier procurement, rate analysis, and carrier engagement initiatives.
• Develop Tableau dashboards to identify key trends and drive decisions.
