Job summary

QXO's Emerging Leader Development Program (ELDP) offers a one-year rotational experience to develop future branch and operations leaders. Participants gain structured learning, hands-on experience, and mentorship to progress into leadership roles upon completion.

Through regional on-the-job rotations and capstone projects, participants lead with autonomy, build management foundations, and contribute to strategic initiatives across inventory, staffing, and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years relevant industry experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate or travel regionally for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end operational and strategic projects using data.
• Share insights with regional leaders to inform decisions.
• Hire and onboard new team members.
• Recommend process and workflow changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on forecasting, staffing, inventory health, and cost control.
• Engage with local associations and community partners.
• Lead technology adoption and process improvements.
