Job summary

Labcorp’s Leadership Development Rotational Program offers high-potential professionals an accelerated path to leadership within a global healthcare organization. Participants rotate across functions, gaining exposure to strategy, operations, and transformation initiatives in a hybrid setup in North Carolina.

The program runs for 2 years with three rotations, targeting MBAs with healthcare experience and a track record in leading projects and teams.

Qualifications

• MBA, with a preference for an emphasis in science or healthcare.
• 5 years of experience, with a preference for more and within the healthcare industry.
• Previous experience in people leadership, project management, process improvement, strategy, consulting, and/or banking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to projects defined by specific charters, designed to tackle some of our toughest business challenges across our diagnostics and biopharma lab services organizations.
• Leading and managing people and projects.
• Demonstrating your strong analytical and project management skills.
• A combination of executing the daily tasks in your respective department and completing your rotation assignment as defined each year in your department.
