Qualifications

• MBA, with a preference for an emphasis in science or healthcare.
• 5 years of experience, with a preference for more and within the healthcare industry.
• Experience in people leadership, project management, process improvement, strategy, consulting, and/or banking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to projects defined by specific charters, designed to tackle Diagnostics and biopharma lab services challenges.
• Leading and managing people and projects.
• Demonstrating strong analytical and project management skills.
• Rotations to learn across three headings: Operational Excellence, Customer Focus and Strategy & Transformation.
