Labcorp is seeking motivated professionals for its Leadership Development Rotational Program in North Carolina. This two-year program offers three rotations across Operational Excellence, Customer Focus, and Strategy & Transformation, with hybrid work in Durham or Burlington, NC.

Candidates should have an MBA (preferably with a science or healthcare emphasis) and at least five years of healthcare experience.

For This Program We Are Looking For Individuals Who

• Are motivated and driven self-starters with a passion for people and making a difference.

• Have previous experience working in consulting and/or a health-focused field

Leadership Development Rotational Program

Length of the Program: 2 years – 3 rotations

Location: Hybrid in North Carolina, Durham or Burlington NC, Domestic and international travel and mobility as needed

Types Of Roles

• Rotations will provide the opportunity to explore separate areas of the organization where you can bring your unique skills to solve our broader business challenges and build your network and organizational acumen.
• Rotations could take place anywhere in our business, giving you the flexibility to learn across our business units – however, they will fall under three headings, Operational Excellence, Customer Focus and Strategy & Transformation.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to projects defined by specific charters, designed to tackle some of our toughest business challenges across our diagnostics and biopharma lab services organizations.
• Leading and managing people and projects
• Demonstrating your strong analytical and project management skills
• A combination of executing the daily tasks in your respective department and completing your rotation assignment as defined each year in your department.

Requirements/Prior Experience

• At MINIMUM:
  • MBA, with a preference for an emphasis in science or healthcare
  • 5 years of experience, with a preference for more and within the healthcare industry
• Previous experience in people leadership, project management, process improvement, strategy, consulting, and/or banking is preferred
