Job summary

Consolidated Edison Company of New York is offering an entry-level Leadership Development Program (LDP) in Engineering, IT, and Business. The 18-month rotation includes three six-month assignments across NYC, Westchester, and Rockland, with supervisory exposure and ongoing coaching.

You will participate in cross-functional training, develop leadership and technical skills, and present results to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field awarded within the past two years.
• Master's Degree preferred for advanced tracks.
• GPA 3.0+ required in relevant programs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 6-month rotational assignments across operations, engineering, IT, and/or business functions.
• Lead and support projects and daily operations to improve safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze challenges, identify improvements, and develop recommendations to enhance processes and outcomes.
• Collect, evaluate, and interpret data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Deliver presentations and reports to management and senior leadership.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate professionalism and corporate citizenship.
