Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year related experience required.
• Extensive crisis intervention knowledge and skills.
• Strong understanding of service theories, principles, and techniques.
• Familiarity with medication monitoring practices.
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
• BACHELORS transcripts must be attached for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Support staff training, onboarding, supervision, scheduling, payroll, and on-call coverage.
• Help ensure regulatory compliance through record reviews, documentation oversight, licensing support, and monthly reporting.
• Monitor budgets, maintain training records, and support administrative functions.
• Build collaborative relationships with consumers, families, treatment teams, and community partners.
• Provide direct consumer support including therapeutic activities, referrals, admissions/discharges, case management, and transportation.
