Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field plus some management experience with individuals
• Associates Degree with 2 years’ management experience in residential support
• High School Diploma with 4+ years’ management experience in residential settings

Responsibilities

• Oversee health, safety and personal development of participants
• Ensure services align with ISP and regulatory requirements
• Supervise day-to-day activities of program employees
• Develop and deliver training for direct support staff
• Onboard new employees thoroughly
• Contribute to support team meetings and share recommendations
• Coordinate scheduling and medical appointments for participants
• Develop CPS schedules with CPS Coordinator
• Promote safety and incident prevention
• Assist with time and attendance and schedule alignment
• Maintain compliant service records
• Create proactive relationships with families and stakeholders
