Job summary

Sazerac invites high-potential graduates to join the Leadership Development Program – Quality, a 2-year initiative designed to expose you to quality and leadership across the business. You will rotate through areas such as Quality, Research & Development / Product Development, and Tech Services, with assignments tailored to business needs.

Participants will build leadership capabilities, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in an engineering discipline (eligible May 2027–Aug 2027)
• GPA 3.0 or above
• Self-motivated with a passion for active learning
• Team player with strong communication and emotional intelligence
• Willingness to relocate

Job Description/Responsibilities

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) – Quality is 2-year leadership development program designed to provide exposure across areas of quality and leadership development experiences based on business needs and available opportunities.

The program provides an outstanding opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of our industry and develop skills to lead teams and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.

Potential Development Experiences in the Rotation:

• Quality
• Research & Development / Product Development
• Tech Services

Specific rotations, assignments, timing, and responsibilities are subject to business needs and may vary throughout the program. Participation in a particular area or rotation is not guaranteed

What You’ll Do:

• Gain experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment while developing your leadership capabilities, technical knowledge, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive performance by implementing ideas and solutions to challenges within that area.
• Analyze information and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills to real-world business challenges.

Qualifications/Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are leaders, curious, driven, analytical, and eager to learn. Successful candidates will demonstrate:

Required:

• Candidates completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in an engineering discipline or similar between May 2027 and August 2027 are eligible
• GPA 3.0 or above
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for active learning
• Team player with effective communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
• Willingness to relocate

PREFERRED

• Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry or consumer packaged goods (CPG)

• Relevant experience such as a prior internship or co-op

Physical Requirements

• Ability to pay attention to detail
