Qualifications

• Knowledge of PLA service consulting and entitlement procedures.
• AICP certification and LEED/ENVISION credentials preferred.
• Four-year degree in Planning or related field.
• Strong technical and project production skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with regulatory codes, ordinances, and development review.

Responsibilities

• Produce plans and technical documents for PLA service deliverables.
• Coordinate with city review, entitlement, and permit processes.
• Assist senior planners in developing land development concepts.
• Prepare master development plans and graphic illustrations.
• Visit construction sites to support the project team.
• Support business development and cross-selling for PLA services.
• Participate in project meetings with staff, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Stay current on trends, technology, and equipment; drive value through innovation.
