Westwood Professional Services, Inc. seeks a Graduate Land Planner to join our collaborative team in Fort Worth, TX.

The role focuses on plan production and technical documents for PLA service deliverables, coordinating with city reviewers and entitlement processes, and supporting business development for PLA services. You will work with certified planners and other professionals to develop land development concepts, master plans, and graphics, while staying current with planning theory and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Planning or related field required.
AICP certification preferred or in progress.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with land planning concepts and entitlement processes.
Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret regulatory codes, ordinances, and comprehensive plans.
Prepare due diligence analysis, land development concepts, and master development plans.
Develop graphics and concept layouts using digital and hand-drawn formats.
Collaborate with senior certified planners to refine design solutions.
Coordinate with clients, staff, and regulatory agencies through entitlement and permitting.
Visit construction sites to verify design intent and support project teams.
