Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Civil Project Manager to join the Land Development Civil Engineering team in Fort Worth, TX.

The role focuses on managing medium to high complexity civil projects and coordinating with a diverse team of professionals. The position requires at least 4 years in land development civil engineering, a Texas-licensed PE or eligibility to obtain within 6–12 months, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Land Development Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer by the Texas State Board or ability to obtain within 6–12 months.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple civil engineering projects from concept to design and construction.
• Review project contracts with the Principal in Charge for execution.
• Coordinate with design teams, other consultants and clients ensuring QA/QC standards.
• Perform project billing, cost analysis and collections to maximize profitability.
• Assist with marketing and development of existing clients.
• Maintain project schedules and staffing projections.
