Precision Castparts Corp. invites high-potential graduates to join a two-year HR Development Program designed to accelerate leadership in manufacturing environments, with hands-on experience across staffing, training, benefits, employee relations and HR analytics.

Relocation within the US is required; start date is July 12, 2027. You will rotate through two PCC plants and receive mentorship plus access to industry experts and leadership exposure across plant, division, and corporate levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a field such as Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
• Co-op or internship experience in HR, Talent Acquisition or related field.
• Leadership in clubs, organizations, or activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate within the US to program locations.
• Must be a U.S. Person (US person status).
• Program roles located in various US locations with regional preference.

Responsibilities

• Undergo two-year immersive HR training across Staffing, Employment Law & Compliance, Training, Hiring & Onboarding, Benefits Administration, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation, Succession Planning, Employee Relations, Safety & Workers' Compensation, HR Analytics, Union Relations, and Performance Management.
• Rotate across two PCC plants to gain broad HR exposure and leadership experience.
• Participate in mentorship and legacy projects aimed at developing leadership capabilities.

This program is specifically designed for seniors graduating in Spring 2027 or recent graduates. you must be willing to relocate (US only) The program allows members to preference region(s). Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a field of study such as: Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, etc.
• Prior co-op or internship experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or another related field
• Club, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including the ability to work outside standard business hours as needed to meet business or project demands
• High level of interest in management, leadership roles
