DLA Piper is seeking multiple junior, mid-level, and senior associates to join its Emerging Growth & Venture Capital group in Boston and other offices. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of venture capital experience and experience with M&A and corporate matters.

Responsibilities include legal research, drafting documents, managing transactions, and client interaction. JD from an accredited law school and bar admission required; hybrid in-office work environment.

• Conduct thorough legal research to support transaction strategy.
• Draft legal documents including briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence.
