Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader at our Houston Premium Outlets store in Cypress, TX. This on-site, part-time position supports the Store Manager and Leadership Team with sales, merchandising, and daily store operations.

The role emphasizes guest service, product knowledge, and leadership development, with responsibilities spanning from cashiering to team coaching and store presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise; assist guests in locating merchandise.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service; support leadership with tasks and coaching.
