Job summary

Klein Tools is seeking a Territory Manager through the Leadership Program - Product Sales & Marketing to lead and grow territory sales across retail, wholesale, and end-user channels. You will mentor early-career specialists in-field and in-office to build product and market knowledge and leadership capability.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales and Marketing to run training sessions, and you will cultivate relationships with regional KDMs, universities and trade schools while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, management, marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of sales, marketing or management experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team of early-career employees.
• Understanding of retail and wholesale environments.
• Strong math/financial calculation skills and good organizational ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of early-career individuals through coaching in-field and in-office learning.
• Drive territory sales growth by overseeing retail, wholesale and end-user initiatives.
• Develop strong relationships with regional KDMs to support Klein Tools brand and top-line sales.
• Represent and market Klein Tools on university campuses to recruit top talent.
• Partner with trade schools to demonstrate Klein Tools' investment in the next generation of tradespeople.
• Work with Product, Sales and Marketing to execute monthly training sessions.
• Prepare quarterly talent reviews of direct reports with the Program Manager for executives.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders to align program with organizational goals.
