Job summary

Klein Tools in Mansfield, TX is launching the Klein Leadership Program (KLP), a 12-month accelerated development track for high-potential future leaders in product management. This program blends hands-on project work with market research, collaboration with sales and development teams, and executive exposure to build leadership capabilities.

The role focuses on gathering feedback from end-users and customers to shape new product ideas, selling strategies, and business initiatives that fuel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, marketing or related field is required.
• Internship or co-op experience in the field is preferred.
• Extensive local travel and time in the field is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform intermediate mathematics and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and conduct market research with sales, distributors, and end users.
• Support Product Development with opportunities for improvements, new markets, and promotions.
• Own a local retail market and build relationships with end users and customers.
• Coordinate product demonstration events with sales teams at key locations.
• Analyze e-commerce marketing and sales strategies to align with end users.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly executive reviews with recommendations.
• Foster collaboration within the organization and cross-functional teams.
• Perform other duties as required.
