Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2+ years in F&B role preferred.
• Wine knowledge in an upscale environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and team leadership ability.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience leading Michelin-level service is a plus.

• Supports the Blue Duck Tavern Managers and F&B Director while partnering with other hotel departments.
• Plans and manages outlets including Blue Duck Tavern, Lounge, and In-Room Dining.
• Oversees hiring, training, development and promotion; reinforces standards.

• Develops strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment.
