Job summary

Kastle Systems in Baltimore is actively seeking a Project Manager to coordinate installation and service activities for access control, security and video projects. You will serve as the liaison between customers and Kastle teams, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing.

Responsibilities include managing installation milestones, contract reviews, cost control, and client training. A strong background in construction scheduling and IT networking helps ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• 5 or more years' successful experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working on/at construction sites and scheduling/negotiating with General Contractors
• An understanding of IT Networks and Systems, primarily for use with video camera networking/installation
• Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and processes for providing project management support
• Demonstrated knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for service and evaluation of customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Act as project liaison between Kastle departments and the Customer during implementation.
• Develop/maintain a master Installation calendar/schedule to meet milestones and revenue goals.
• Initiate and conduct contract reviews and implementation processes and generate follow up proposals and contract amendments.
• Monitor project costs and ensure the project remains within budget parameters.
• Initiate and conduct security system consultations in response to customer requests.
• Generate project schedules, oversee floor plan creation, and provide progress reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to generate billing directions for timely progress/final billing.
• Schedule and confer with Kastle departments, building and tenant representatives to discuss issues and facilitate solutions.
• Provide regular progress updates to all stakeholders.
• Solicit feedback to identify barriers to timely execution and revise schedules accordingly.
• Provide/arrange client training on Kastle systems and ensure smooth hand-offs.
