Job summary

Kastle Systems is seeking a Senior Electronic Security Technician for Plymouth, MI. You will focus on site management and installation of security solutions for new and existing clients, coordinating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

A successful Site Lead can work with minimal supervision, provide daily updates, and train replacements to advance into Project Management. Strong knowledge of access control systems and installation practices is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with access control systems; Lenel/Genetec preferred.
• Strong understanding of electronic security systems and installation labor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Follow and track project scheduling.
• Direct subcontractor and internal communications.
• Manage and coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
• Read and understand specifications, drawings, and controlling documents; keep documentation current.
• Perform installation and training on implemented control systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain security systems for customers.
• Coordinate project activities with internal and external teams.
• Document changes and implement them promptly.
• Perform work consistent with policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete final Test and Acceptance of security systems.
