Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of electrical construction/project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical components and applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates material procurement with vendors for construction projects.
• Participates in performance evaluations and assists with wage adjustments; maintains employee relations.
• Plans, staffs and manages electrical projects to ensure profitability and timely delivery.
• Attends weekly and monthly meetings (e.g., Staffing, PM, Sales).
• Reviews outgoing estimates with Estimating for accuracy.
• Oversees field progress and promotes safe work practices on job sites.
