Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to provide general management support for electrical construction builds. You will assist the Project/Group Manager and serve as a resource to the production team, helping projects stay on time and on budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering, 1-2 years in related fields, and 10-20% travel. Typical hours are 7 AM–5 PM, with potential additional hours to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years Construction/Electrical/Manufacturing experience.
• Travel: 10-20%.
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; may require work on other days to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Project Manager; bid stage through completion as needed.
• Interact with Project Management to ensure long lead material is released and tracked.
• Contact vendors to ensure timelines for submittals and gear delivery.
• Participate in scheduling to create milestones and labor breakouts.
• Participate in weekly project meetings to communicate needs and status.
• Interact with customers, contractors, and production to ensure project progress and safety.
