Growing National Insurance Services Company seeks a junior to midlevel corporate attorney for a broad in-house role. The attorney will engage in a mix of M&A, corporate governance, and commercial work, reporting to senior leadership to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of corporate/transactional law experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Experience handling multi-party transactions and fast-paced deals.
• Ability to advise senior management and align legal with business goals.
• In-house exposure or desire to transition in-house.

Responsibilities

• Support active M&A program including due diligence and closings.
• Draft and negotiate vendor, services, confidentiality, and commercial agreements.
• Assist with corporate finance matters and related documentation.
• Advise on governance and day-to-day corporate issues.
• Support employment-related matters and executive compensation issues in acquisitions.
• Collaborate with leaders, finance, HR, and outside counsel.
