Job summary

ISEC, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to provide overall management direction to single or multiple projects, set objectives and policies, and maintain liaison with prime client contracts.

The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will supervise project engineers, coordinate with the on-site construction manager, and oversee scheduling and cost controls, while working with Purchasing, Installation, Logistics, and the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 0 - 4 years of experience.
• Responsible for overall outcome of the project.
• Intermediate financial acumen – cashflow, cost projections, job cost, billings projections with oversight.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Analyze projects to determine scope, schedule requirements, and coordinate with Purchasing and Installation on priorities to bring project within budget and on schedule.
• Attend Purchasing update meetings for new projects and assist the Purchasing Department as necessary.
• Expedite, review, and provide quality control on shop drawings and submittals.
• Prepare, submit, obtain approval, verify and track billings until payment is received.
• Price and process change order proposals and coordinate with Estimating Department when required.
• Prepare, update and issue Cost to Complete Reports on a weekly basis.
