Job summary

ISEC, Inc. in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to direct single or multiple projects, set objectives, liaise with prime client contracts, and oversee on-site construction activities to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

You will manage project engineers, review priorities, and coordinate with Purchasing, Installation, Logistics and Accounting to control costs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience.
• Meets all Minimum Qualifications of Project Manager I and II, in addition to the following:
• Knowledge of entitlement and contractual requirements.
• Advanced financial acumen – cashflow, cost projections, job cost, billing projections.

Responsibilities

• Analyze projects to determine scope, schedule requirements, and coordinate with Purchasing and Installation on priorities to effectively bring project within budget and on schedule.
• Prepare, submit, obtain approval, verify and track billings until payment is received.
• Price and process change order proposals and coordinate with Estimating Department when required.
• Set up cost projections for all projects managed and update monthly.
• Promote ISEC and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, general contractors, owners and architects.
• Coordinate with in‑house Logistics Department regarding long‑haul deliveries.
• Review, issue and update Installation Manpower Schedules and Sequence of Operations.
• Participate with other Division personnel in establishing and attaining goals for the Division to develop new methods and ideas to improve ISEC performance.
