Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Raleigh, NC to support the Community Manager with leasing, operations, and team supervision, and to help drive resident satisfaction.

This role offers leadership training, ongoing development, and a collaborative culture that emphasizes service excellence and Fair Housing compliance, while supporting a strong property operations team.

Qualifications

• Confident professional with a high school diploma or GED; college coursework preferred.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or property management (1+ years strongly preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and customer service best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with property management systems.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work weekends when needed.
• Licensed to drive and insured.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision.
• Take full responsibility for the community in the manager's absence.
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation.
• Assist with resident retention efforts and event planning.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Monitor property condition and make improvement recommendations.
• Serve as a role model to peers and help maintain high operational standards.
