Arlington Properties in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to grow into a leadership role within multifamily property management. You will assist the Community Manager with leasing, day-to-day operations, and team supervision while building strong relationships with residents.

This role emphasizes opportunities to lead in your own community, develop professionally, and contribute to a culture of service.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED (college coursework preferred).
• 1+ years leasing, sales, or property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and customer service best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using property management systems.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work a schedule that includes weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision.
• Take full responsibility for the community in the manager’s absence.
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation.
• Assist with resident retention efforts and event planning.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Monitor property condition and make improvement recommendations.
• Serve as a role model to peers and help maintain high operational standards.
