Job summary

Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Raleigh, NC to support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision. You will help ensure resident satisfaction, process payments, and keep accurate documentation, while learning to lead your community in the manager's absence.

Ideal candidates have leasing or property management experience, strong communication, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision.
• Take full responsibility for the community in the manager’s absence.
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation.
• Assist with resident retention efforts and event planning.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Monitor property condition and make improvement recommendations.
• Serve as a role model to peers and help maintain high operational standards.
