Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year in business operations, administrative support, or trainee program participation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote) and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership Support for VP of Sales and senior directors to maintain alignment and efficiency.
Coordinate business reviews by gathering inputs, drafting decks, and documenting decisions and actions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Finance on priority initiatives.
